All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads, assets, or other electronic content. - Physical Products:
Refunds for physical products are available only in certain situations, as determined by us. Generally, we offer product replacements if the item arrives damaged or defective.- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue (e.g., photos).
- Refunds will not be issued for products you simply do not like or for damage caused by misuse.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if we determine the product issue does not meet our criteria.
