Astral Nexus

The Astral Nexus is the event that marks the beginning of the Star Wilds, and the greater universe. Initially, the cosmos existed as a vast, empty expanse devoid of life and matter. Within this void, a mass of concentrated magical energy began attracting other scattered magical energies, pulling them in and steadily growing in both size and intensity. As this accumulation reached a critical mass, the energy conglomerate exploded, ripping through the universe and in its wake was the formation of stars, planets, basic matter, and eventually life.
